Congratulations!

Your wedding day is one of the most important and memorable days of your entire life, and by looking your best, you’ll feel your best!  With the help of CrossFit Memphis’s “Beautiful Brides” program, you’ll have all the tools needed to look your absolute best!

We take the responsibility off of your shoulders so you can be less stressed as you handle the million other tasks you need to complete as the big day approaches.

The Beautiful Brides program at CrossFit Memphis provides you with weekly nutrition consultations, daily workouts (with instruction!) as well as bi-weekly body fat analysis!

MISSION STATEMENT

The “Beautiful Brides” program at CrossFit Memphis utilizes CrossFit functional training to sculpt your physique. The exercises provided change daily and the results are amazing because your body never gets used to the workouts!  Don’t forget, we show you how to do it every step of the way!

The atmosphere is one of support and camaraderie to encourage you not only to get into your best shape ever, but have fun while doing it.

The Beautiful Brides nutrition consultations combined with CrossFit training is the best way to keep your muscle tone while you lean up so you don’t get “skinny fat” (like you do when you run too much or just do the elliptical machine).

As a CrossFit Memphis Beautiful Bride, you’ll train for athleticism and performance so you not only look great but also have more energy!

Your workouts will be functional, varied and intense.  We cater to any ability level – so whatever shape you’re starting from, you’ll be able to jump right in and we’ll be there to coach you along.  :-)

When we first meet we will discuss your current fitness level and set reasonable and sensible goals, measure your body fat percentage (not required) and schedule your nutrition consultation and your first workout.

With the Beautiful Brides program, you’ll be around others who have the same goals as you do and who will provide you with constant support and encouragement!

How long do I need???

A solid 12 weeks would be ideal to see a significant improvement.  Obviously, more time would be better, but 12 weeks would be a good starting point.  You can still see some good changes with less time if you really hit it hard and are very consistent with your nutrition program, but 12 weeks would be best.

We suggest getting started before you pick out your dress, if possible. Otherwise, you will need alterations.  But hey, altering your dress to a smaller size probably doesn’t sound like such a bad thing!

How many days per week should I exercise?

That depends on your current level of fitness.  If you haven’t exercised much lately, then 3 days a week would be a good place to start.  You can add a day after you adjust to the new lifestyle every month or 2 until you are at 5-6 days per week.

If you are already in pretty good shape, you can hit it hard with 5 days a week right off the bat!  We will let you know if you are training too much or too hard and when to take a day off.  :-)

How long does each workout last?

We spend about 10 minutes warming up so your muscles and joints are ready for the workout and so you don’t get injured.  Then, each workout has about 10 minutes of strength work to help you keep the muscle you already have while you lose weight.

It’s important to keep as much of your muscle as possible while you lose fat because that will keep your metabolism high as you lean up!  Muscle also provides the sexy shape we all want so much!  Keep in mind we aren’t trying to build tons of muscle; we’re just trying to keep the muscle you already have.

Did you know that inside your muscles is where fat is actually burned!  We’ll show you how to hold onto it as you melt away unsightly fat!

The fat burning portion of the workout is usually about 20 minutes long and is similar to circuit training.  This is the heart of the program and is extremely effective!!  It’s hard, but not too hard!  That way you get good results but can move the next day, too.  :-)

There’s a good bit of education during each class that usually takes a few minutes here and there.  We discuss exercise technique, benefits, and progressions.  Plus we answer your questions should you have any.  In total, each class lasts just under one hour.

How long do I have to commit to the program?  I don’t want to be stuck in an agreement for a year if I don’t like it!!!!

You can sign-up for a month to month agreement and stop training the day after your wedding if you’d like!  Or if you would like to save a few bucks and continue to work out well after your wedding you’re welcome to do that as well.   See prices below.
