Hey Everybody,

This is the first of many newsletters we’ll be sending out. A lot of you have seen our new blog website: crossfitmemphis.blogspot.com and it has been a big hit around the gym. If you haven’t seen it yet your missing out on the free workout of the day and awesome videos!

Nutrition Tip of the Week: Eat every 2-3 hours. I used to do the 3 meals a day deal, but it wasn’t until I got a constant flow of food up to 6 times a day that I began seeing the changes in my body I was looking for.
