Hey Everybody,
You may notice that the website is acting a little goofy. Well, things
have been going pretty well so we are expanding what we can offer you.
With that being said you will notice an evolution of the site and
services that we offer over the next few months. Since the site is
currently down I will just spell out here what it is that is new along
with a new nutrition tip, so here it goes:
Nutrition tip: Make sure to consume a protein at each meal, i.e.
chicken, dairy. This will keep your hormones in check, making it
easier to stay lean.
Here is just one of our new services. If you want a complete list just
ask Doug or me and we’ll be happy to fill you in.
Weekly Nutrition Consultations
We’ve taken multiple courses in nutrition and know that hours of
material shoved down your throat is simply overwhelming and is going
to be forgotten. With our weekly nutrition program you can enjoy a
gradual approach to ideal meal planning! We’ve done all the work for
you, we can reassess where you’re at once a week and we’ll even
provide weekly recipes!
