We hope you had a safe and fun St. Patrick’s Day, we know we did!… we think anyway…
Nutrition Tip: I know most of you want to hear the nutrition tip that Lori gave us, “eat chocolate and everything else that tastes good!”, but that’s not what we’re going to tell you. There is something to be said for eating the things you crave every once in awhile though. You don’t have to stick to a “strict” diet 24/7 in order to be successful. Eating well 90% of the time is plenty. So if you eat 6 smalls meals a day 7 days a week you can have 4 cheat meals a week worry free!!
