To address those fighters that I talked to on Saturday night:

CrossFit Memphis focuses on strength and conditioning. Our primary training program is broad in design and offers a lot of variety. For this reason it is a program that works great for fighters and better than anything that you’ll find in “Muscle & Fiction”. We are currently putting together a training program for fighters and we are going to offer it at an affordable and fair price.

At our facility we do have mats where some do train to fight. There is no structured instruction, but many do trade skills here. If you are seeking instruction in regard to fighting and MMA feel free to contact us so we may point you in the right direction.

Thank you.
