Ashley Mays, MS

Ashley Mays has been an active athlete all her life.  Living in a small town in Texas she competed in almost every sport offered.  Basketball, track, cross country, and cheerleading were her main focus. In college she was apart of a collegiate dance team and competed at Nationals.

Ashley graduated in 2005 with a BS in Sports, Fitness, and Leisure Studies and in 2007 with a Master’s degree in Sports and Recreation Management. Ashley enjoys sharing her passion with others and looks forward to competing in the CrossFit Games in 2009.
